Our Home Care Service

We know that inviting someone into your home is an important decision and paramount to ensuring you can live independently on your own terms.

The wishes of our members are central to the service we provide.  We listen to understand, because the more we know about you and what matters to you, the better positioned we are to provide you with care, services and support that will be meaningful and will make a difference.

Our clinical team supports home care package recipients, private and NDIS clients.  We also provide services to other home care providers.

Your wishes drive our goals!

Our Mission

To be an innovate home care service with a team, our partners, providing the type of care, support and services we would like our own families to receive.

Our Values

  • Partnership - we work together in the best way possible to derive satisfaction from meeting the needs, goals, wishes and preferences of those we serve.

  • Accountability - we strive for a culture of mutual trust and respect as we work with a clear purpose and agreed expectations to fulfill our commitments.

  • Respect - we treat people as individuals with compassion, sensitivity, dignity, equality and we embrace diversity.

  • Innovation - we expand existing programs, develop new ones, and provide innovative technical solutions to provide successful approaches to caring for individuals on a long-term basis in their homes.

  • Satisfaction - we are focused on doing our best, with our members at the centre of everything we do.

Our Goals

To help our members receive high-quality care for the optimisation of their health, wellbeing and their ability to live life to the full, while providing peace of mind to those who love and care about them.

"Individuals who care for those in need must first be professionally competent:  they should be properly trained in what to do and how to do it, and committed to continuing care. Yet, while professional competence is a primary fundamental requirement, it is not of itself sufficient.  We are dealing with human beings; and human beings always need something more than technically proper care.  They need humanity.  The need heartfelt concern."

- Pope Benedict XVI, 2006
